TRIP NOTES
Five planes made the November trip, three from Santa Barbara, one from San Diego, and one from Mulege. Friday the weather was fair with tailwinds until just south of San Felipe. On the Pacific side some clouds were present until the Seven Sisters area, then clear all the way to Cadeje. The return on Sunday had strong headwinds in the upper portion of Baja.

CLINIC NOTES
Dr. Debbie Weinstein, with Susan Grube translating, and Dr. Ron Jolla, with Lili Brown translating, were able to see all waiting patients.  EMT Ryan Macoubrie, Lois Moore, and Margo Kenney triaged and took vitals.  NP Myra Cochran was in charge of the pharmacy, with the help of Gaia Zellet.

DENTAL CLINIC
Drs. John Grube, Stu MacPherson, and Steven Black, with Larry Cochran and Roni MacPherson assisting, were able to see about 24 patients, some for multiple procedures. Dr. Steven Black was a great help with his fluent Spanish. Marilyn Zellet coordinated triage, while Karyn Yule sterilized instruments.  Everyone was very happy to see Dr. Dick Klein, who came from Mulege to visit his Cadeje friends!

December’s trip was canceled due to weather concerns.
